Jasodaben vs Divisional

This application is taken out for seeking condonation of delay in making application for bringing heirs on record. This application is allowed. As otherwise also no prejudice is likely to be caused on account of condoning delay. The over all facts & circumstances persuaded this court to condone delay as delay condition application is not opposed by filing any affidavit in reply, though oral submissions were made against condonation of delay. This Court is not satisfied with those submissions. Hence the delay is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of. No costs.
