The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of an execution petition in regard to a decree for money. The petitioner contends that the execution petition is being adjourned from time to time by the court below despite her opposition. 2. I direct the court of the Subordinate Judge of Pala to dispose of E.P.No.67/2013 in O.S.No.14/2013 expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to take the proceedings to a logical end within a period of six months from the date of production of this judgment.
