The petitioner has raised his grievance before the respondent No.2 with regard to fixation of his pension which is stated to be pending.
Learned standing counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2018 shall be considered by the respondent No.2 and an appropriate order in accordance with law, shall be passed, within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation.
