JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Learned APP waives service of rule.
2. The applicant, a life convict, has preferred this application for grant of temporary bail on the ground that a residential house is allotted by Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority as per communication dated 23.04.2012 and to complete the formalities as required. The applicant be enlarged on bail, since, there is no one in family to undertake any of the procedure as mentioned above.
3. Considering the overall jail record and requirement of the applicant to undertake necessary procedure with regard to possession of the residential house alloted to him by AUDA and that his father has also expired, I am inclined to grant two weeks of temporary bail from the date of release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority. On completion of period of temporary bail, the applicant shall report to jail authority in time.
4. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
5. Direct service is permitted.
