On the earlier occasion, notice issued to the respondent No.2 has remained unserved as the record shows that the person was not found at the address given in the cause-title. It is informed that the address of the said respondent No.2 is the same which is already on the record of the trial Court.
Issue fresh notice to the unserved respondent No.2 returnable on 9th July, 2012. A copy of the notice be also affixed at the conspicuous place of the address of the said respondent, given in the cause title, by the bailiff following the required procedure under the law.
Petitioner shall take necessary steps for service of notice by the returnable date.
