Learned AGP Mr. Pandya waives service of Rule.

By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to perform post death ceremony if his father, who has died on 24.3.2012.

From the jail remarks, we find that the applicant convict was already on temporary bail from 1.4.2012 to 8.4.2012 on this very count.

Considering this aspect, discretion does not deserve to be exercised and hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
