Notice for final disposal, returnable on 10.04.2012.
As the notice for final disposal is issued on the submission that all the requisite formalities for executing the deed was completed including the payment of stamp fee charges, as could be seen from the challan produced on record. The notice came to be issued for revoking the allotment of quarry which prima facie appears to be not justified, hence the respondents are called upon to file affidavit-in-reply, if any, by the returnable date, or else it will be presumed that they do not have anything to say or controvert the averments made in the petition and Court shall be constrained to pass appropriate order including allowing this petition.
