Under order dated 11.10.2011, office was directed to issue notice, making it returnable on 20.10.2011. Since then, any reply by any of the respondents has not been filed though almost 8 months have passed.
In view of the allegations made in the petition, it is imperative that the respondents file their reply. However, despite numerous adjournments, until now, any reply affidavit has not been filed.
Therefore, as a last chance, at the request of Mr. Yagnik, learned AGP, time to file reply affidavit is granted. S.O. to 18.7.2012.
If reply affidavit is not filed before the next date of hearing, the Court may be constrained to pass appropriate interim/final order in the petition in absence of any reply from the respondents.
Officer responsible to file reply will also be visited with appropriate order imposing costs for causing delay in filing the reply affidavit.
Ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier, to continue till then.
