JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mohanan, J.
When the above writ petition is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has stopped the agitation, which was staged in front of the Secretariat at Thiruvananthapuram, and, therefore, it is the further submission of the learned counsel that making the interim order absolute this writ petition may be closed.
2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the above case, it can be seen that the whole issue arose in connection with the agitation staged by the petitioner in front of the Secretariat at Thiruvananthapuram and incidentally the children of the petitioner were taken by the authorities and vide interim order dated 10/11/2014 this Court granted interim custody of the children to the petitioner, who is none other than the mother of the children. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is proposed to make arrangement to give education for her children in her W.P(Crl.)457/14-S :2:
native place. Therefore, we are of the view that this writ petition can be closed making absolute the interim order passed by this Court on 10/11/2014, which was extended from time to time and accordingly all the orders issued by the authorities with respect to the children of this petitioner stand dropped.
In the result, this writ petition is closed making absolute the interim order granting custody of the children of the petitioner to herself.
