The only prayer in this application is that application no. 694 of 2016 filed under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 is pending before the court below since 2016 and till date no orders have been passed although objection has been filed by the opposite party no.2.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the A.C.J.M.(S.D) Rampur to decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
