Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
According to the petitioners they have married and they want protection as their lives are in danger. In the writ petition, petitioner no. 2 has stated that this is his first marriage.
Sri Amir Khan, Advocate states that this is the second marriage of petitioner no. 2 and first wife of petitioner no. 2 is Salma on whose behalf he has filed caveat application which is not reported.
It appears that since Salma was not impleaded as party, therefore, the caveat is not reported.
Learned counsel for the petitioners verified about the fact from the petitioner no. 2 as to whether it is his first marriage or second marriage, and he was instructed to inform the Court that it is the second marriage of the petitioner no. 2.
In the facts of the case, since the petitioners have not come up with clean hand, no case for grant of relief is made out.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the writ petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
