1. Pursuant to this Court's order dated 9.5.2017, notice was issued to petitioner to engage another counsel and sent by registered post on 15.5.2017. Perused Office Report dated 15.7.2017. Service is deemed sufficient.
2. Called in revise. None appeared on behalf of petitioner to press this writ petition.
3. Sri S.K. Misra, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 5 is present and states that plot in question has already been allotted to petitioner and, therefore, this writ petition has rendered infructuous. Probably it is for this reason, none is present on behalf of petitioner.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution as well as having rendered infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
