The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.T- 201814360502368 (Janta Vs. Gaon Sabha) under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Kerakat, District Jaunpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 201814360502368 (Janta Vs. Gaon Sabha) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
