JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard M/s.K.Subhashini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2.The petitioner is said to be a manufacture of Home Textiles. Earlier a Government Order was passed in G.O.(2D)No.59 Labour and Employment Department (J1) dated 03.12.2014 with respect to tailoring. This Government Order has also made applicable to Home Textiles manufacturing as well. It was also applied to Hoisery also. However, on finding that expertise required for Hoiseryis different and distinct, a separate Government Order was passed in G.O.(2D) No.5, Labour and Employment (J1) dated 17.02.2016. Now, the petitioner gave a representation on 14.11.2016 stating that expertise required for Home Textile is totally different from tailoring and therefore a separate Government Order is also required for the aforesaid purpose as against the one which has been meant for tailoring as per the Government Order in G.O.. dated 03.12.2014. Seeking to consider the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Taking note of the pendency of the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the earlier representation dated 14.11.2016 enclosing the copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
