ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 08.12.2011 in I.A.No.2858 of 2011 in O.P.No.977 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.
Mr. P. Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 07.09.2014 to the Registry, wherein he has requested this case along with C.R.P.Nos.106 and 107 of 2012 to be posted for withdrawal.
At the hearing, Mr. P. Venkanna, learned counsel representing Mr. P. Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission for withdrawal of the civil revision petition.
In view of the same, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
