ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 08.12.2011 in I.A.No.2881 of 2011 in O.P.No.977 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.
Mr. P. Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 07.09.2014 to the Registry, wherein he has requested this case along with C.R.P.Nos.107 and 108 of 2012 to be posted for withdrawal.
At the hearing, Mr. P. Venkanna, learned counsel representing Mr. P. Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission for withdrawal of the civil revision petition.
In view of the same, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the civil revision petition, interim order dated 24.01.2012 stands vacated and C.R.P.M.P.No.144 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
