Heard Mr.A.Ajith Geethan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Panidan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.Today, the sole respondent, namely, Mr.G.Jeyaraj, District Educational Officer, Cheranmahadevi, is present before this Court.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 29.06.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.10508 of 2015 has been complied by the respondent and an endorsement made by the petitioner to that effect.
4.Recording that submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
