On earlier occasion, hearing was got adjourned by appellant side.
It appears appropriate that one more opportunity of hearing should be afforded to the appellant for placing their arguments on the point admission of second appeal.

It is made clear that neither this appeal has been admitted nor any interim/ stay order has been passed in it and appellant shall not get advantage during pendency of this second appeal.
