The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Partition Suit No.T20160544021827 (Smt. Janki Devi vs. Komal and others) under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proceedings have lingered despite the fact that the respondent no.3 has filed a written statement in favour of the petitioner.
It is, therefore, directed that the Partition Suit No.T20160544021827 be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
