Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Tariq Maqbool Khan for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no. 4.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent No.1 Commissioner Gorakhpur Mandal, Gorakhpur to decide the Revision No. 201405000049 Awadesh and others Versus Prem Chand District-Deoria within a short period."
The petitioner is aggrieved on account of the pendency of his revision, filed against an order passed in favour of the respondents in mutation proceedings, in the year 2014.
In case the Lower Court record has been received and the revision is otherwise ripe for hearing, it is expected that the revision aforesaid shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the respondent no. 1.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
