Hon'ble Arvind Kumar Mishra-I,J.
Commissioner Kanpur Division Kanpur and District Magistrate Auraiya, respondents no. 3 and 4 respectively may file their personal affidavit by 3rd December 2014 indicating as to how the person against whom a first information report under sections 218, 467, 419, 420 I.P.C. has been registered by Tahsildar himself, can be permitted to continue as Lekhpal in the same village for years together. In case, appropriate action is not taken, this Court shall recommend for such action against the official concerned.
