The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the Executing Court to decide Execution Case No.1 of 2018 expeditiously. The said case has been registered on the application filed by the petitioner for execution of exparte decree passed on 15.1.2018 in Original Suit No.938 of 2014. It is stated in the petition that no appeal or restoration application is pending. It is admitted that certain objections have been filed by the judgement debtor in the execution proceedings.
Having regard to the same, instant petition is disposed by providing that the execution court shall decide the objection filed in execution proceedings expeditiously and shall thereafter endeavour to take the execution proceedings to its logical conclusion without any delay provided there is no legal impediment.
