This criminal revision has been filed to set aside the judgment and order dated 19.09.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Rama Bai Nagar(Kanpur Dehat) in S.T. No. 129 of 2012(State Vs. Jang Bahadur and others).
This revision has rendered infructuous due to efflux of time. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
