This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies (resopndent- 2) to provide pension to the petitioner.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Cooperative Inspector, Grade II on 31.7.2017. The post of petitioner is a cadre of Centralized Service and he is entitled for pension, but the pension has not been paid to the petitioner till today. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies (resopndent- 2).
The writ petition is disposed of directing Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies (resopndent-2) to decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
