List revised. No one appears to press the present writ petition on behalf of petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned Notice dated 13.11.2019 passed by respondent no.3 under Section 3 of U.P. Control of Goondas At 1970, PS Rampura, District Jalaun.
The notice is of the year 2019. Admittedly, the relevant period provided for filing objection/reply against the said notice has lapsed and as such, we are not at all inclined to interfere in the matter.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as available in law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
