The only point urged in this Civil Revision Petition is as regards exemption for four acres of land in survey No. 696 of Vellamunda village in North Wayanad Taluk as coffee plantation. An extent of four acres of land in Sy. No. 696/1 of Vellamunda village in North Wayanad Taluk has been included in the draft statement served on the revision petitioner. It is the case of the revision petitioner that Sy. No. 696 has since been sub divided as Sy. Nos. 696/1, 696/2 and 696/3.
2. The petitioner relies on the following documents:
(i) Coffee registration certificate bearing No. 172C in respect of two acres in Sy. No. 696/1.
(ii) Coffee registration certificate No. 171C in respect of two acres in Sy. No. 696/2.
The revision petitioner contends that the certificates have been issued to one M.K. Janaki Akkamma and Madiyoor Gopalan Nambiar from whom the property was purchased.

2. There is no proper consideration of this aspect by the Taluk Land Board in the order impugned. Whether Sy. No. 696 included in the draft statement has been further sub divided as contended by petitioner needs deeper probe. Whether the land covered by coffee registration certificates 172 C and 171 C are also included in the draft statement of the petitioner has to be reconsidered.
3. I set aside the impugned order only in relation to the four acres of land in Sy. No. 696 in respect of which exemption is claimed. The order of the Taluk Land Board is confirmed in other respects. The Taluk Land Board shall pass fresh orders as regards exemption in respect of lands in Sy. No. 696 included in the draft statement. The parties shall be issued fresh notice and revised final orders shall be passed within a period of four months.
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
