Notice to R2 and R3 held sufficient vide order dated 21.11.2017) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 26.09.2015 passed by the Hon’ble X Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bengaluru in C.Misc.No.50166/2015 at Annexure – A and alternative direct respondent No.1 to not to dispossess the petitioner from the schedule property or to direct the respondent No.1 to give an opportunity to the petitioner to find an alternative accommodation and then vacate the schedule property thereafter and etc.
