The instant contempt petition has been filed against the interim order passed by the writ court.
A counter affidavit has been filed in the writ petition disputing the claim of the applicant.
The disputed questions of fact cannot be gone into in contempt jurisdiction.
In view thereof, contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to pursue the writ petition to its logical conclusion.
