Learned advocate for the applicants submit that the impugned complaint is counter blast not only to the action taken about illegal encroachment pursuant to orders passed in Public Interest Litigation by this Court but also a counter blast to FIR dated 21.2.2012 being I-25 of 2001 registered by applicant No.2 for the offence punishable under Section 307 etc. of IPC and further allegations in the complaint impugned are vague and no offence as alleged is made out and in view of the above issue Notice returnable on 27.4.2012.

Meanwhile, police papers be called for.
