This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 Commissioner Prayagraj Division Prayagraj to decide Revision No.13 of 2005 (C-2005020000215) under Section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Act pending before him since last 15 years expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that the revision aforesaid arises out of proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and is pending consideration since the year 2005.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2/Commissioner Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide the revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
