2. Heard Mr. Gandhi, learned Advocate for the applicant, Ms. Yajnik, learned Advocate for Official Liquidator and Mr.Vandan Baxi for Nanavati Associates.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by Mr. Gandhi and the details mentioned in the application, sufficient ground to recall the order dated 18.01.2012 is made out. The learned Advocates for the opponents do not have any objection if the request as prayed for is granted. Hence, the relief prayed for in para 4(a) is granted. The order dated 18.01.2012 is recalled and the office is directed to restore the case to its original file. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
