Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 and 3 to make fair and proper investigation against the respondent no. 4 to 7 in case crime No. 153 of 2019 under section 302 IPC, Police Station Naraura, District Bulandshahar, in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 01.08.2019 within short stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that charge sheet under section 304 Cr.P.C. was submitted by the Police against the accused. The petitioner had filed a protest petition, which was allowed.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as afore-noted, we do not find any good reason to pass any further order. If the petitioner has any grievance, he may approach the concerned Magistrate.
The writ petition is dismissed.
