Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 and Sri Chandan Agarwal for respondent no.5.
The case of the petitioners is that for obtaining an electricity connection from respondent no.5 they would have to produce a boring certificate provided by the Block Development Officer. The grievance of the petitioner is that although the petitioners have installed a boring and have applied to the fourth respondents for the certificate but the fourth respondent has not taken any decision thereon, as a result, the petitioners have not been able to obtain an electricity connection from the fifth respondent.
It is thus the prayer of the petitioner that a direction be issued to respondent no.4 to issue certificate of boring of the tubewell at the plots concerned.
Considering the nature of the prayer made, with the consent of the learned standing counsel, who represents respondent nos.1 to 4, and Sri Chandan Agarwal, who represents respondent no.5, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by giving liberty to the petitioners to file a comprehensive representative before the fourth respondent annexing therewith a copy of previous application, if any, along with documents to show that a boring has been installed over the concerned plots.
If, any such application is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken within the next three weeks after obtaining report from the concerned officials.
The petition stands disposed off as above.
