Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 and Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel representing the respondent no.7 With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
The sole contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Case No. 1391 of 2017 (Jan Ali vs. Abbas Ali and others), under Section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Mauja Nadauli, Pargana Anguli, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur is pending in the court of respondent no.2 since 2017 and no decision is taken by the respondent no.2 so far.
The writ petition is disposed of by directing the Additional District Magistrate, Jaunpur, respondent no.2 to proceed in the matter and decide the Case No. 1391 of 2017 expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
