This writ petition is directed against an order dated 29th January, 2016, in so far as it contains a recital that family pension will be released only after funds are made available.
Pursuant to the orders passed in this petition, the entire family pension has been paid to the petitioner. An affidavit to this extent has been filed by the Registrar, which is not disputed.
The matter was adjourned on 10th December, 2019, in order to enable the petitioner to verify such facts. The assertions made in the personal affidavit of the Registrar are not denied.
Prayer made on behalf of the petitioner to adjourn the matter any further, therefore, is not liable to be entertained.
In view of the fact that relief prayed in the writ petition has already been granted, no further grievance survives. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
The respondents shall continue to pay family pension, in accordance with law, to the petitioner.
