Sri B.S. Kartik, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings as and when cause of action arises.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings as and when cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
