JUDGMENT / ORDER

The only prayer in the writ petition is for consideration of the replacement application, which has been filed as per Ext.P2 on 04.11.2014. The Secretary RTA shall consider the said application, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on merit. The Secretary would have to consider the merits while considering the application. Sd/-
