The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P1 notification inviting application for dealership of HPC petrol pump at Koolimadu Junction to Chullikka parambu junction near Mavoor road near Kozhikode. According to the petitioner, the location identified by the authority is not feasible for starting any outlet and no one could benefit by inviting application as per Ext.P1. It is submitted that if this area is extended from Chulikkal parambu junction to further east covering, Pannikkode Junction and Elanjimavu junction of Edavanna - Thamarasery Highway, it could benefit many including the petitioner. It is also submitted that identification of the location is made without taking proper study. The petitioner raised his grievance by Ext.P3 before the 2nd respondent. 2.In view of Ext.P3, there shall be a direction to the 2nd W.P.(c).No.30876 of 2014 : 2 :
respondent to consider Ext.P3 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
