1. Heard Sri Satish Kumar Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Sri Gaurav Kakkar, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No.513 of 2014 under Section 302 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Bulandshahar.
3. Applicant is named in FIR and deceased was last seen in the company of applicant. Applicant is in jail since 13.07.2014. I am also informed that trial is still going on and had not concluded. Looking into entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
