Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that on account of subsequent developments, the suit filed by the petitioner was decreed and the judgment in that suit has become final, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
