Appeal is being admitted for consideration of following substantial questions of law :-
(a) Whether a person having no right and title over the land in dispute can be legally held as owner in possession of the same?
(b) Whether a person can claim more than what he has purchased through a sale deed?
(c) Whether the suit is barred by Section 106 of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act ?
(d) Whether the suit is barred by Section 206, U.P. Revenue Cod Act, 2016?
