(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict, who is on temporary bail pursuant to order dated 15th May 2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No.6742 of 2012, which was granted so as to enable him to get his son treated for the ailment the latter is suffering from. The present application is filed on the ground that now mother in law of the convict has suffered paralysis attack.
2. Taking into consideration the fact that he is out from Jail for the last 30 days and during the four years he has enjoyed temporary bail as many as on seven occasions on one or the other pretext and has also enjoyed furlough once, the Court deems it proper not to extend the temporary bail period. Hence the application is rejected.
