Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sudhir Dixit, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jamila Khalid, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.0515 of 2020, under Sections- 498A, 323, 313, 307, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has been implicated on account of matrimonial dispute. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it is a case of false implication. The marriage of the applicant with victim took place in the year, 2020.
From the perusal of injuries found on the person of the injured, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail by the order dated 21.1.2021, the same is cancelled.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations made against the applicant, this application is accordingly rejected.
