Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the representation dated 13.7.2018 filed by him for issuance of fire arms licence is pending before the respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Rampur since 2018 and not being decided.
This petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent aforesaid to decide the aforesaid representation within period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
