Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner.
This is an application for dismissing the writ petition as withdrawn. Application is supported by an affidavit of Abusalha Shaikh, who is friend/pairokar of the petitioner.
In paragraph 4 of the said affidavit, it is stated that matter has been settled outside the Court on the basis of compromise on 27.2.2018, therefore, the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition.
Application is allowed.
Writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
