(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) On 09.03.2012 when this petition was pressed for hearing, learned counsel, Mr. D.P.Joshi for the petitioner, prayed for time for ascertaining latest position with respect to the grievance raised in the petition. At his request, therefore, the petition was adjourned to 19.03.2012.
On 19.03.2012, though the matter was called out twice, counsel for the petitioner was absent.
Today when the matter was called out, learned counsel, Mr. D.P.Joshi for the petitioner stated that counsel, Mr. B.M.Mangukia would appear for the petitioner. He is, however, held up in some another matter. Mr. Joshi, therefore, prayed for time. At his request, S.O. to 10.04.2012.
