JUDGMENT / ORDER

S.Siri Jagan,J.
The matter comes up in the defect list today. The defect is that the notice issued to the 1st respondent is returned with the postal endorsement "not known". The defect was notified on 22.11.2011. On 24.11.2011 the Registrar(Judicial) granted two weeks time to cure the defect. Even thereafter the appellant did not cure the defect. That is why the matter was posted in the defect list today.
When the case is taken up, none appears for the appellant. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
