This writ petition has been filed for seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no. 5/Sub Registrar (Stamp & Registration), Ghazipur to register the lease deed dated 09.09.2020 after receiving the stamp duty.
The grievance of the petitioners is adequately protected under the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908.
The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
