The petitioner is aggrieved with the disqualification which the petitioner is alleged to have incurred as a member of the Committee as also the member of the Society. The petitioner submits that the bye-laws were subsequently amended, which removes the disqualification. In such circumstance, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving open the contentions of either parties. jma //true copy// Sd/-
