JUDGMENT / ORDER

No representation for the revision petitioner even today. On 3.12.2014, the case was posted in the defect list as firm was closed and present whereabouts not known and service not complete. Since there was no representation, this Court felt that an opportunity has to be given to the complainant to take steps to serve notice on the first respondent and posted the case to today. Even today, there was no representation and no step taken. Further, even in the lower court, it is seen that the complaint was dismissed for not taking steps as directed by the court under Section 204 (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. That shows that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and the revision is dismissed for not taking steps as conduct shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the case as that was the same thing happened in the lower court also. Office is directed to communicate this order to the concerned court immediately.
